We have the space to serve you best!

With more than 30,000 square feet of warehouse space, a vertical rack system, multiple Hi Lo's, a carpet cutting maching and external storage, we have plenty of room to purchase, store and inspect everything needed for both short-term and on-going installations.
Our warehouse includes a dedicated inspection area with specialized lighting to help us assess every product in the best possible light - literally. Analyzing quality, color and dye lot match, our meticulous attention to detail helps ensure product consistency and project success.
WE DELIVER EVERY PROJECT
We mentioned that to a new client . . . the client then related a story about their last installation experience. It started much later than they anticipated, like 2 days latter! It appeared that the installers hadn't changed their uniforms since bellbottoms were a hit and introducing them to a bar of soap would have been a hit with the client. Their first step was to remove the carpet from their van and cut it in the parking lot. Not a bad plan if the parking lot was just swept and if it hadn't been raining. the entire day. Within a 3 months of the installation, the client expeienced bubbles, zippers and snags at the seams - the same seams that seemed to grin at them from the moment the installers left the project.
So when we showed up a day early to deliver the carpet and discuss the installation schedule, the client was a bit confused. She seemed further confused when the Master Craft installers spent a great deal of their time early in the installation to prepare the floor. When she asked "Why they were preparing the floor", the lead installer explained that it would prevent bubbles and adhesive failures in the future . . . you could see the lights start to flash.
Master Craft has never taken extra steps in service and delivery as a given. It's the first and absolutely critical step to a successful installation not to mention that first impression you make on a new client!
